My background is in work preparation and project support within telecom infrastructure, with practical experience in electrical installation work and customer-facing roles, alongside introductory experience in IT ticket coordination. This helps me understand both the operational work and the communication and follow-up around it.
In my work, I check project information for completeness, coordinate with stakeholders and follow up on outstanding actions. I clarify what information is missing, ask focused questions and communicate what is needed to move things forward.
