- Investigating information: review project emails and documents, request missing details and direct outstanding questions to the right people.
- Creating an overview: bring tasks, agreements, owners and deadlines together in an up-to-date overview.
- Coordinating and following up: communicate with those involved, follow up on responses and flag actions or deadlines that need attention.
- Making progress visible: report status, blockers and next steps so you can see where decisions or adjustments are needed.
- Structuring the work: organize scattered information and agree on a simple way to record and follow up on tasks.
When is this support useful?
For example, when several projects run at once, information is scattered across inboxes and documents, or you are always the person reminding everyone about agreements. We first assess which tasks fit my experience and what knowledge or access the work requires.
How does remote project support work?
We agree on tasks, updates, availability, authority and an hours cap before work starts. Where practical, I work in your existing environment, such as Outlook, Excel, Teams or SharePoint. You provide only the access needed for the assignment.
I carry out the agreed support and bring questions or decisions to you in good time. Technical, financial and formal decisions remain with you.
What do you receive?
Depending on the assignment, this may include an up-to-date action list, organized project information and a brief progress update with outstanding questions and next steps. We choose what is useful for your work, without unnecessary reporting.
What does project support cost?
The rate is €80 per hour excluding VAT. You receive a quotation defining the work and agreed hours in advance. Research and familiarization within the assignment are billable from the agreed start. Additional work requires prior approval.
How do you get started?
Briefly describe the work that needs attention and the support you are looking for. An enquiry is non-binding. After discussing the scope, you receive a quotation; work starts on the agreed date after acceptance.
